At this time, all order fulfillment and shipping are handled directly by TapStitch.

Once an order is placed, production, packaging, shipping, tracking, and delivery are managed by TapStitch and its shipping partners. Because of this:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.
  • Tracking information will be provided when available.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, carrier issues, customs delays, or delivery problems after the order has been processed by TapStitch.
  • Any shipping-related questions or claims may need to be addressed through TapStitch’s support system or the shipping carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we may not be able to modify orders once processing begins.
